The word Yoga means to unite or join or connect. It has also been described by Sri Aurobindo as a communion with the Universe for knowledge, for love and for work. He says all human beings are potentially capable of it, for there is no individual who has not strength or faith or love developed or latent in his nature, and any one of this is a sufficient staff for Yogin. Using this as a premise we have structured our classes to cater across individuals also keeping in mind their specific needs.
Yoga for Women A women’s capability to handle challenges and stress either physical or emotional depends on her health. Yoga becomes essential across various stages of her life helping her cope with Pre-menstrual syndromes, Pregnancy and Child birth, Infertility and Menopause which can be a sensitive stage in her life.
Yoga for Children We conduct classes for the young (age 6-11) and the adolescents (age 12-18) introducing the practice at an impressionable age. To help children improve focus and concentration and deal with any conflict within and outside due to peer pressure, competition and excessive exposure to a materialistic and indulgent lifestyle.
Yoga for Senior Citizens Yoga classes are also a low-impact way of staying fit and healthy more so as other fitness regimes become unviable on account of age. Yoga not only helps Senior citizens cope with health issues but also increases enthusiasm, self-alertness, positivity and self-acceptance.

Yoga for Weight loss and Detoxification We at the centre have designed a 5-week program to help individuals cope with weight issues caused due to lifestyle, hormonal imbalance, side-effects of certain health ailments and or associated medication. Regular batches are conducted every quarter, you may contact us to register for the next scheduled program.
Vinayasa It is an advanced form of yoga using specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained yoga postures. It immensely benefits in improving one’s yoga postures and we conduct separate batches for Vinayasa.
Separate batches are being scheduled for Pregnant Women, Senior Citizens and Children besides our Regular yoga and Vinayasa classes.
