Astanga is a system of yoga that was brought to the modern world by Sri. k. Pattabhi Jois.

Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular half, the "yang" tissues. Yin yoga allows us to work the other half.


Pilates as a fitness form was invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. At our centre, we follow the Pilates repertoire of Michael King, London (established in 1980) and offer you both Matwork and Equipment based training.

Skype yoga is super easy and hassle-free. We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. I will then guide you verbally along with the demonstration of the poses for you to follow along.
