Skype yoga is super easy and hassle-free. We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. I will then guide you verbally along with the demonstration of the poses for you to follow along.
What you need for the Skype Class:
Students must have a laptop or computer with a functioning camera and microphone
A good internet connection
Skype account (free)
Props (Optional): Having props is a great way to deepen your practice and is also great for beginners to remain in poses more comfortably.
Props List: Yoga strap, yoga blocks, bolsters, towel, or pillows. Please discuss the props that you will need with me before you purchase it.
